The expected costs of the reconstruction are calculated on the basis of the initial design tasks. When preparing the calculations, a comparative analysis is made for two options: using the factory panels and the so-called regular reconstruction (i.e. insulation of the facades and plaster), taking into account the conditions of SA KredEx subsidies.
The financial result of the reconstruction as a real estate investment is calculated per building as a whole, standard apartment(s) and square meter. Payback periods are determined. The current and post-reconstruction amounts of payments to AA members are calculated. A perspective schedule for the reconstruction is drawn up. In cooperation with the AA, initial loan conditions are requested from the banks.
